Located in the prestigious Pecanwood Golf Estate, the Bellingham project required a complete redesign and upgrade of both the jetty and poolside deck. The brief called for durable, water-resistant materials capable of withstanding constant exposure to sun, moisture, and fluctuating temperatures—making composite decking the ideal solution. Timeless Group installed 60 sqm of composite jetty decking and 78 sqm of poolside decking, both crafted in Oak composite planks from The Composite Company.
In addition to durability, stability was essential. Working near fluctuating dam levels required strengthened foundations, strict adherence to environmental and estate regulations, and precision workmanship.
