In Woodlands Avenue, Pecanwood Golf Estate, the Van der Walt family envisioned a refreshed entertainment area featuring a modern pergola and an expanded deck. Timeless Group handled the project end-to-end, from HOA approvals to final installation. The pergola was custom-engineered in steel and finished with composite elements and roof sheeting, designed to preserve unobstructed views from the deck. Alongside the 34 sqm pergola, the team also replaced and extended the decking to a total of 50 sqm, creating a stylish, durable, and functional outdoor living space.
